Do you have Gluten free options?

Yes, all of our menu options can be made gluten free by removing the flatbread and adding quinoa to your crunchy slaw. So you can have a delicious GF salad bowl.

Our flavours are different, we please all kind of food requirements & your guests will have a fun and unique experience. Plus, it is affordable, fresh, colourful and delicious.

What is community for you?

Community for us is about fostering relationships, while growing and working together where possible. For example; we met Carmel a local NSW farmer and who has now become our friend. We now get to buy fresh zucchini directly from her, and we can then use this wonderful organic produce for our zucchini falafel, subsequently selling it at the markets or catering services as a flatbread or salad bowl. When Carmels family or friends visit her at the markets they can get a dish from us, and in doing so they are able to support both Carmel and us, all the while eating some delicious food at the same time!
